1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Kaiose platform ("Service") offered by Kaiose Acquisitions LLC ("Kaiose," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to all of the Terms, you are not authorized to use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

Kaiose offers an all-in-one business and marketing automation platform for service-based businesses. This includes features such as:

CRM and lead tracking
Funnel and website builders
Email and SMS automation
Calendar booking
AI-powered analytics
Integration with Stripe, Zapier, Typeform, and other third-party tools

Feature availability may vary based on plan level or service agreement.

3. Modifications to the Service

Kaiose may modify, update, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

4. Account Termination and Cancellation

You may cancel your account at any time. Data and access will be permanently deleted within 72 hours of cancellation. No refunds are issued for unused service periods.We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if you violate these Terms, misuse the platform, or for any other reason with or without prior notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the platform for unlawful purposes
Access or attempt to access data not intended for youI
nterfere with system functionality or performance
Reverse engineer, duplicate, or resell Kaiose tools without permission

6. Data and Intellectual Property

All software, content, and systems developed by Kaiose are our intellectual property. You may not reproduce or reuse them without our written consent. Any content you upload remains yours, but you grant Kaiose a limited license to use it to deliver our services.

7. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." Kaiose makes no warranties, express or implied, about the availability, accuracy, or reliability of the platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kaiose, its officers, employees, or affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:

Loss of data
Loss of business or revenue
Errors or delays in service
Any damages resulting from third-party actions

In all cases, Kaiose's total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the Service in the one (1) month prior to the incident.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kaiose, its affiliates, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or any user-generated content.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States. Any legal action must be brought in the courts of Massachusetts.

11. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be removed and the remainder shall remain in full force and effect.

12. Waiver

Our failure to enforce any part of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of our rights to enforce it later.
